🔥 IDENTITY SHAPES DESTINY 🔥
You can train 5–7 days a week.
You can eat clean, hit your protein, and do everything “right.”
But if deep down, you still see yourself as someone who’s overweight, undisciplined, or inconsistent…
you’ll eventually fall back into the patterns of the person you believe you are.
đź’ Your actions will always follow your identity.
If you identify as someone who “can’t stick to the plan,”
you’ll subconsciously prove yourself right every time.
But when you start seeing yourself as the person who does the work…
who shows up when it’s hard…
who keeps promises to themselves…
everything changes.
And here’s the truth most people forget 👇
You were already made in the image of God.
You’re loved. You’re chosen.
When you operate from that place of identity —
you stop chasing change and start living it.
I used to believe I would always be the skinny, unconfident and incapable kid that people wouldn’t take seriously - I felt horrible about myself.
But when I created the picture of who I wanted to be and acted as if I was already that person…. The results came. I left behind who I was to become who I wanted to be.
💬 What’s one identity you’ve been holding onto that no longer serves the person you’re becoming?
