Identity
—how we define ourselves: self-concept, self-worth, self-perception
“Who am I?”
Identity is our understanding and perception of ourselves—who we believe we are at our core. It shapes our self-worth, self-concept, and interactions with the world. “Who am I?” lies at the heart of identity, influencing our choices, relationships, and aspirations. Our sense of identity forms the foundation for our actions and decisions. Our sense of purpose and confidence naturally develop from this place. When we have a strong and healthy identity, we are better equipped to face life’s challenges and pursue our goals. Ultimately, identity is how we view ourselves and the world around us.
