Weekend went fine. Fasted 23 hours each day but relaxed any restrictions on my food.
Had pizza and some bar food. Like I've said before, this plan works whether you eat "healthy" or not.
I think for now this is what I can sustain. Weekends I'll stick to the window but eat whatever I want. Weekdays I'll keep it as close to a keto/carnivore style as possible.
