๐ฅ Mapped out a Database Reactivation Funnel that converts way better than standard DBR campaigns
I've been obsessing over why most DBR campaigns underperform. Here's what I realized:
The problem isn't the outreach. It's what happens AFTER someone re-engages.
Most DBR flows:
Database โ Message โ Reply โ Pitch โ Hope
What actually converts:
Database โ Message โ Reply โ Momentum Page (Yes/No) โ Funnel
That middle step is everything.
Here's the flow I mapped out:
The key differences:
1๏ธโฃ MOMENTUM PAGE before the funnel
- Simple yes/no micro-decision
- Filters intent BEFORE they hit your VSL/offer
- Result: 50% of engaged leads enter as HIGH intent
2๏ธโฃ "NO" PATH that doesn't lose people
- Acknowledge the no
- Handle objections
- Tag for future re-entry
- Most DBR burns these contacts. This preserves them.
3๏ธโฃ PRE-QUALIFIED CHECKOUT TRAFFIC
- By the time they hit checkout, they've made 2-3 micro-commitments
- Checkout conversion jumps to ~50% vs typical 10-20%
The math on a 5,000 contact database:
โ 439 re-engage
โ 219 say YES
โ 95 purchase
โ $21k revenue
โ $0 ad spend
I built this in a funnel and marketing campaign simulation tool I've been working on called Levely. It lets you map flows like this and see projected revenue before you build anything.
Curious what you all think of the flow. Would you run something like this for clients?
