Im super confused about the capability of the new native outbound Ai voice agent. Am I correct in that everyone that the outbound agent calls has to provide some kind of written consent first?? This would make any marketing or cold calls next to impossible for our clients, nobody is going to consent to receive marketing calls. Why can we send them texts without consent, but not call them. Reason im asking is I have a client list of 300 contacts from my hvac client amd he wants to call them to schedule annual maintenance. Can this not be done without prior written consent from those customers?? Makes outbound almost useless and we would have to go back to retell or another outside source. Please help!
