GHL workflows vs n8n: which one do you use for client work?

I build automations for agencies, and I keep running into the same question: when do you build in GoHighLevel, and when do you move it to n8n?

My current rule of thumb:

GHL when it’s mostly CRM stuff: leads, pipelines, SMS/email follow-ups, appointments.
n8n when it needs custom logic, other apps, APIs, or AI agents.
