hello guys,
another question related to the phone system integration inside GHL.
For outbound calls I guess its best solution to take the native integration via twilio and verified CallerID for number manipulation (650mins for 10$ = low budget cost).
For inbound calls I am not sure right now which solution we should priotize...since I wish to have a scenario where we can handle with 1-2 SIP number several softphone clients for 3-4 agents inside our team. Is it possible via GHL Leadconnector app? Or maybe there is a better solution for general customer reachability via phone?
I am also re-thinking if its best marketing strategy to have feedback calls via phone instead of hitting a short whatsapp message and have a quick chat with customer ?! Not to forget that we are in Germany and I am not sure if people feel disturbed in their privacy if they suddenly got a message in their WA? but I could be wrong and its getting better now...
Maybe we have some "phone system" experts inside the funnel grandmaster group who can share some of their experiences :))
