GHL membership course offer workflow automation

hello friends,

I am facing some issues regarding a workaround what I tried to implement since the official course offer page in GHL seems not to be customizable in text and language :(

we want to run ads on this freebie funnel for german audience with low bounce rate, so thats why we want the UX to be smooth and frictionless as possible. (see attached screenshot for course offer page)

my workaround should be an easy submit form via popup, so good so far.. but in the initial email course login access data will not be send. I guess this has sth. to do with "custom value variables" what is only possible via course offer page?! (see screenshot custome values)

Attached also my automated workflows for "new member" and "current members" so that current members get different emails for user portal access then new members. Asking myself how to provide access data for my workaround via submit form popup. (also on screenshots..)

Did someone facing similar issues so far and could give guidance or support how to solve?
