CRITIQUE MY FIRST DESIGN

Thank you in advance for critiquing my first Figma design. It is a redesign for a Life Coach that I will be offering for free or $500 in exchange for a testimonial. Learning Figma has definitely been a challenge, but after working on it all day, I think it came out pretty good. I'm not sure if it's positioned properly on the fold or if the fonts are too big/small. Your input is greatly appreciated. Also, any advice on how to easily redesign this in GHL will be greatly appreciated. Thx!
