Course Access Issue - Please Read ❤️
Hey everyone!
Just wanted to give you a quick heads-up, we know that a few people who join the group aren’t automatically getting access to the course material right away.
This is something we’ve been working hard to fix behind the scenes, this is beyond a simple issue with automations.
We totally get how frustrating it is to join and not see your course right away, and we really appreciate your patience while we sort it out. 🙏
In the meantime, if you just joined and don’t see the course content, here’s what to do:
- Log out and back in to Skool, this solves it for some people right away.
- Double-check that you joined using the same email address you used when you purchased the course.
If you’ve done both of those and still don’t have access, just send us a quick DM and we’ll get you set up manually as soon as possible!
We’re genuinely on it and making progress.
