Volunteers
Many fashion jobs for fashion shows and events mainly run through volunteer work! Because they don’t happen as often as we wish the time dedicated to a show can give students and people who love fashion opportunities of a life time! Volunteers are really important at events and shows because they allow the other team members to focus on their job at hand. Volunteers are the bread and butter of such extraordinary events! The more you volunteer the more chances you have at getting an actual paid job with the company that you like! From experience it took me many fashion shows before a company hired me on and now 8 almost 9 years later I work part time for a few companies ! Volunteering can also help put experience on your resume. Some volunteer gigs give out referral letters!
