Can you please help a PEI parent?
Analogy: Varying an interim order is like adjusting a thermostat; if the environment changes (the "material change"), you can tweak the settings to make things comfortable again. Appealing an interim order, however, is like calling a technician to argue that the thermostat was installed incorrectly or against the building codes (the "legal error"). You have a very short window to report the installation error, but you can usually ask to adjust the temperature any time the weather significantly shifts.
We need one more McKenzie friend to help. A fresh pair of eyes can hopefully see what emotionally drained victims can’t.
