How to Handle Spiritual Warfare (Without Losing Your Mind)
- Recognize itNot everything is “just a bad day.” Sometimes it’s resistance because you’re growing. The enemy hates progress—especially the kind rooted in faith.
- Return to truthFeelings are loud. God’s Word is louder. Speak scripture out loud, even if your voice shakes. Especially if your voice shakes.
- Pray, then pauseYou don’t have to react to every attack. Pray first. Respond second. Silence can be spiritual too.
- Guard your gatesWhat you watch, listen to, and scroll matters. Starve what drains you. Feed what strengthens you.
- Stand, don’t striveYou’re not fighting for victory—you’re fighting from victory. God already handled the outcome.
Scripture:
“Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.” — Ephesians 6:10
Reflection:
What if this battle isn’t meant to break you—but to remind you who covers you?
Life may be loud, but God is still sovereign. Stay rooted. Stay prayed up. Stay unbothered 😌🙏
