Life often brings seasons where we don’t have clear answers. The future feels unknown, plans change, and our hearts can feel unsettled. In these moments, God calls us back to trust.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”— Proverbs 3:5–6
This verse reminds us that trust is not about having all the answers — it is about choosing to rely on God even when we don’t understand what is happening.
🌿 What does it mean to trust God?
Trusting God means:
• Letting go of control
•Believing His plan is good
•Choosing faith over fear
•Praying instead of worrying
🌿 Why is it hard sometimes?
Because we naturally want certainty. We want to see the full picture. But God often asks us to take one step at a time, not the whole journey at once.
🌿 What can help us trust Him more?
• Daily prayer, even simple prayers
• Reading His Word consistently
• Remembering past times He helped you
• Surrounding yourself with faith-filled encouragement
🤍 Reflection questions:
- What area of my life feels uncertain right now?
- Am I trying to control something I need to surrender?
- How has God been faithful to me in the past?
🙏 Prayer:
Lord, help me trust You when I cannot see the full picture. Calm my anxious thoughts and remind me that Your plans are better than mine. Teach me to walk by faith and not by fear. Amen.
