🟣 Saturday — Receive the Gift of Limits
Truth:
Your limits are not obstacles to formation.
They are the place where grace meets you.
Micro‑Teaching:
We often treat our limits—fatigue, time constraints, unanswered questions—as problems to overcome. Yet Scripture shows that God regularly works within human limitation, not around it. Sabbath itself is a reminder that we are finite and God is not. Formation deepens as we accept what we cannot do, control, or complete. When we receive our limits instead of resisting them, we make room for God’s sufficiency to sustain us.
Practice (Today):
Notice one limit you’re feeling today—physical, emotional, or relational.
Name it honestly before God.
Pray:
“Meet me with grace in this limitation.”
Reflection:
Which of your limits are you most tempted to resent?
How might accepting them open space for trust?
Word of the Day (teaser):
Finitude — the grace of living within God‑given limits.
