🟣 Friday — Let God Set the Pace
Truth:
You do not determine the speed of formation.
God does.
Micro‑Teaching:
We often push ourselves toward faster growth, quicker clarity, and visible progress. But formation unfolds at a pace shaped by God’s wisdom, not our urgency. Scripture portrays God as patient, purposeful, and unhurried. When we try to accelerate the process, we often produce anxiety or shallow change. Letting God set the pace trains us to trust His timing, receive His work, and remain rooted even when progress feels slow.
Practice (Today):
Notice any inner pressure to “hurry” your growth.
Release that pressure to God.
Pray:
“Set the pace for my formation.”
Reflection:
Where do you feel rushed in your spiritual life?
What might change if you trusted God’s timing more fully?
