LDJ is DSL (Decision Sprint Lab)
Last week, I had the opportunity to lead two fantastic Decision Sprint Lab (DSL) sessions, and I couldn’t be more excited to share what DSL is all about! DSL is LDJ renamed and decontextualized (not entirely though) to suit the Nigerian and African markets at large. It is the same structured and practical approach designed to help teams quickly identify challenges, brainstorm innovative solutions, and make clear, actionable decisions.
