Hello!

I'm excited to be here and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Ashley and I super ✨enjoy✨ facilitation and training! I'm an organizational development professional and an executive coach.

I'm not sure how I happened upon the facilitator club, but was so happy to join when I found it. I started my facilitator journey as an internal facilitator at NASA 🚀, and then other tech and non-profit companies. I'm now in the process of deciding whether to continue to do internal organizational development or to shift external. Either way, I know I want facilitation to be front and center of my career.
