Yesterday I took part in a 3-hour cacao ceremony
I had wanted to experience a full ceremony for a long time, not because I felt broken or in need of healing, but out of curiosity and openness.
What surprised me was how the experience unfolded.
Many people around me were diving deep into emotional blockages and personal themes. For me, it was different. I didn’t journey inward or receive personal visions. Instead, my awareness expanded outward. I felt my vibration rise, my body began to shake in a new way, and the live sound felt like a moving vortex I could step into.
Through that, I felt deeply attuned to the people in the room—their emotional states, strengths, vulnerabilities, and what kind of support they needed. It was less about “doing” and more about being present. Clear. Grounded. Connected.
The biggest insight for me was this:
I don’t need ceremonies like this for my own healing.
What they do, however, is amplify something that already lives within me—my sensitivity, my ability to hold space, to regulate, to see people clearly. This presence is something I already bring into my daily work, but this experience showed me how strong and precise it has become.
It reminded me that healing doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it’s quiet clarity. Sometimes it’s steadiness. Sometimes it’s simply being so regulated that others can soften in your presence.
I’m still integrating what this means and how it wants to evolve—but I felt called to share this with you. Not as a conclusion, but as a moment of awareness on the path.
Integration is where the real magic happens 🤍
