S — Situation (why you’re here)
This is an Executive Protection education community: for those who wish to be discreet & employable.
This is designed under the premise of "Training isn't what you did, it's what you do"
Mix: ex-mil/LE, working operators, and civilian entrants - no exclusions on account of backgrounds.
Core skills: routes, advances, comms; plus dress, posture, discretion and protection.
This is an online environment and we don't claim to develop hard skills but we do offer free solid information.
Culture: high signal, zero theatre. We protect reputations and people.
Open resource: anyone may join to learn.
Further access unlocks via merit (see Levels explanation at bottom).
M — Mission (what you’ll achieve)
72 hours: learn the room, post intro, complete a module, ship one micro-deliverable like the route card.
30 days: mini-portfolio (route card, advance extract, comms plan) + live skills (SMEAC, driver brief, HOTO, AAR).
Advancement: connect and communicate → unlock higher levels → access deeper reading, templates, clinics, and moderated jobs.
Long term: become reliably hireable; contribute back to lift the standard.
E — Execution (do this in order)
Read Rules (pinned) - they're simple - be good, do good, share good.
Post Introductions: background, city, clear 30-day goal.
Classroom → Module 1 (Lessons 1–3): write your one-sentence EP definition.
Calendar: schedule your training days, lock it into your own calendar with reminders, Do, Don't Dwell.
Career & Portfolio: copy starter templates; version files (v01).
Ship one artifact: Route Card (1 page).
Give one specific improvement on a peer post, building the industry takes effort.
Keep everything sanitised (no names, plates, faces, exact addresses).
A — Admin / Logistics (how Skool works here)
Events in AEST - 'cos I'm an Aussie; replays in event threads.
Upload PDFs; redact; use versioning to show relevance and dates.
Profile: neutral headshot; quiet headline; no client logos.
Categories: EP Fundamentals, Protective Mobility, Advances & Site Surveys, Comms & Teamcraft, Protective Intelligence, Client Etiquette, Career & Portfolio, AARs, Jobs (Moderated).
C — Comms / Control (how to engage)
Post in the right category; search before asking.
Tag @Mentor only when ready for review (one clear ask).
Live sessions use closed-loop: ask → confirm → done. *Be respectful in these, questions at the end.
Moderation is active; rule-breakers are removed.
Safety/legal issues: DM Host/Community Manager (not main feed).
Prefer public threads over DMs so others learn.
Levels & Access (how to rank up)
L1 — Member (open to all): read Rules; post Intro; access core modules and public threads.
L2 — Practitioner: complete Modules 1–3; post 1 Route Card + 1 Advance extract + 1 Comms page; attend 1 Workshop; give 2 peer improvements. Unlocks Further Reading and expanded template packs.
L3 — Operator (locked):
submit C2 Brief (assessed):
TL Intent, Phase Plan (with triggers),
C2 Dashboard (PACE),
Movement Legs (measured),
HOTO & AAR modules.
Outcome in 72h: Accepted / Targeted Fix (7 days) / Not Yet (30 days). Unlocks advanced clinics, deeper archives, Jobs (Moderated), map visibility/verification.
L4 — Team Lead (locked): pass L3, lead one 20-min clinic, post one Patterns thread (repeatable fix), complete 2 quality reviews/month. Unlocks TL War Room, employer intros, mentor track.
*see something you don't agree with - perfect, raise your voice and email info@ops-kin.com so we can discuss it and improve the information.
Important: Points follow outputs and clinics, not chatter.
Open Resource & Contributions (continuous improvement)
The group is a living, open education project for EP knowledge.
We invite module proposals, templates, and online lessons from professionals and educators.
Submission process: email info@ops-kin.com with a short outline, learning outcomes, and any sample materials. We review for legality, privacy, and quality.
Accepted contributions are credited; exceptional modules may be level-gated for advanced study.
Next three clicks: Rules → Introductions → Classroom (Module 1). Then Calendar. Then ship your first Route Card.
