Hey everyone, I'm Alan Magliocca from Charlotte, North Carolina. Right now, my life is a mix of building software companies, creating AI-powered products, growing communities, and helping entrepreneurs leverage AI to scale faster. I've spent 17 years in online business, so I'm well past the 9-5 stage, but I definitely remember what it was like trying to figure it all out in the beginning. My biggest frustration with making money online was always seeing people chase tactics instead of building real systems. Too many entrepreneurs jump from opportunity to opportunity without creating assets that can generate leads, sales, and authority consistently. For me, $5,000/month was a major milestone because it represented freedom. It meant not having to worry about every bill, having more control over my time, and proving that a business could work without relying on a traditional job. Hey all, I'm Sandra. A few months ago, I launched a podcast called Your Tru Awakening. I created it as a personal, creative exploration to see whether I genuinely loved the art of conversation and interviewing outside client calls. Fourteen episodes in, I've discovered that I deeply do. The podcast has become a space for intimate, honest conversations that spark remembrance, self-trust, and truth. Rather than performance or surface-level motivation, these dialogues invite people to reconnect with what they already carry inside and to listen more deeply to their own inner authority. I was born in Colombia, grew up in NY, lived in Brazil for a bit, and am now based in Miami, Florida. My work is shaped by lived experience across cultures and identities. I'm now at a point where I want to intentionally grow the podcast into something sustainable, structured, and in service of both community and business.
