Activity and Progress
One of the biggest mistakes I made when starting my online business was confusing activity with progress.
I'd spend hours tweaking websites, researching tools, watching tutorials, and planning new strategies.
At the end of the week, I was exhausted but nothing had actually moved the business forward.
The turning point came when I started asking myself one question every morning:
"What is the one task today that could directly lead to a customer, a sale, or a meaningful business opportunity?"
It's amazing how much unnecessary work disappears when you focus on that.
