A older guy calls on my business line. Says he has a pool table that came with the house. He wasn't sure if it was worth restoring. So the options were either restore the table or will I come pick up the table.
He asked my professional opinion. I said well you’re looking at about $1200 to restore it. And in its current condition it’s not worth that. Plus honestly it’s an older model.
I sensed in his tone it was more about status to him than actually improving his game. He opted to get rid of it and buy another table. (which I will be delivering aswell) Then he asked me how much to remove it. See images attached….
Needless to say…its getting restored and put on my website for Sale!!
Im interested in what other industry other than Junk Cars will a person pay you to pick up something that you can resale by spending $200 - $250 to fix and sell it for $2000 - $3000? Serious inquiry..
I think you need a dealership license to flip cars. This has no regulations on how many you flip a yr.
1 table a month is $24,000 - $30,000 extra a yr on a weekend project.
