A older guy calls on my business line. Says he has a pool table that came with the house. He wasn't sure if it was worth restoring. So the options were either restore the table or will I come pick up the table.
He asked my professional opinion. I said well youβre looking at about $1200 to restore it. And in its current condition itβs not worth that. Plus honestly itβs an older model.
I sensed in his tone it was more about status to him than actually improving his game. He opted to get rid of it and buy another table. (which I will be delivering aswell) Then he asked me how much to remove it. See images attachedβ¦.
Needless to sayβ¦its getting restored and put on my website for Sale!!
Im interested in what other industry other than Junk Cars will a person pay you to pick up something that you can resale by spending $200 - $250 to fix and sell it for $2000 - $3000? Serious inquiry..
I think you need a dealership license to flip cars. This has no regulations on how many you flip a yr.
1 table a month is $24,000 - $30,000 extra a yr on a weekend project.
