i want to start with full transparancy. i can't and won't promise you'll change your life in x amount of days, or start earning 6 figures, or find the love of your life. I'm not here for that, i'm here to help you understand yourself, your thoughts, feelings, decisions, and actions - in hopes that arming you with such knowledge provides you with awareness, and through awareness comes power, the power to choose, the power to exercise free will. I can provide you the tools neccesary for your journey via Meditation, Yoga, Philosophy, Sound Therapy and Mindfulness Coaching.
i don't have all the answers, i'm on a journey inward myself and i invite you along to learn with me, and from eachother. i promise the intention is pure and i promise to share what i learn, when i learn it.
