Who are your little animal helpers — the ones who sit with us while we’re busy working?
Mine is my Luna. I’ve had 3 dogs before her and she’s my 4th.
My first, Chillie, was an absolute star. She went everywhere with me and always sat right next to me in the car. Then there was Keano and Bailey. Keano was my protector but absolutely terrified of any kind of fire 🔥. Bailey was the princess — Keano would sleep anywhere he could, but Bailey needed her own bed or at least a blanket on the couch!
I didn’t get another dog for a long time. It’s been 8 years, and a lot has happened in that time. Luke has been asking for a dog forever, and this year just felt like the right moment… so along came Luna.
She’s awesome — honestly the best money I’ve ever spent. She’ll be 6 months old next week, and I cannot wait to show you all the before-and-after photos when she gets her first proper haircut! 😄
