CONNECTION IS THE CURRENCY
While children will act out to get attention of any kind, we know that genuine connection is our most valuable currency. We must proactively fund our relationship bank accounts before asking for a withdrawal, ensuring our kids feel emotionally wealthy enough to follow our lead.
BE THE THERMOSTAT NOT A THERMOMETER
We upgrade our own emotional operating system first so we can dictate the temperature of the room with grounded, loving, and firm energy. Rather than reacting to our children's chaos, we lead high stress moments with controlled calm.
