START HERE!!!
Welcome everyone!!!
Over the years I have gotten myself into great shape. I did all this while partying in college, moving to a new city to chase my dreams, and more.
My philosophy is simple, and I'm here to share that with you.
Will you become a bodybuilder? No.
Will you be the best of the best when it comes to fitness? No.
Will you be clearly in great shape while also being able to enjoy life? Yes.
No rules as of now, and no pay to join.
I will also be going live every Sunday for you to ask questions and to chat.
