The specific features and content available may change from time to time at our sole discretion.
3. Membership and Billing
Subscription Fees
Access to E Products Empire requires a paid monthly subscription of $49 USD per month (or such other amount as we may specify from time to time). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Billing Cycle
Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your original subscription date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we change the fees, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before the new fees take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
Failed Payments

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Skool account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the community until your paid period expires.
No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to content, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided for subscription fees already charged. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis via Skool's policies and through skool and not EProducts Empire.
5. User Conduct
As a member of E Products Empire, you agree to:

Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on the monthly subscription fees paid by members they refer, for as long as the referred member remains an active paying subscriber.
Payment
Affiliate commissions are paid according to the Skool platform's affiliate payout schedule and policies.
Affiliate Conduct
As an affiliate, you agree to:
  • Promote E Products Empire honestly and ethically
  • Not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the community or potential results
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting

Termination of Affiliate Status

Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (a "chargeback") instead of contacting us first:
  • Your membership will be immediately terminated
  • You will be banned from future membership

  • We will provide evidence of your purchase and access to the payment processor

Price Changes
If we change our subscription price:
  • Existing members will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase

❌ Sharing Community Content — Do not share, screenshot, download, or distribute community content, training materials, tools, or resources outside the community.
❌ Illegal Activity — No promotion or discussion of illegal activities.
❌ Misinformation — Don't spread false information or make misleading claims about results or earnings.
❌ Negativity — Persistent complaining, pessimism, or negative energy that brings others down.
❌ Poaching — Don't recruit members for competing communities or services.
❌ Inappropriate Content — No explicit, offensive, or NSFW content.
❌ Multiple Accounts — One account per person. No sharing accounts.

When Sharing Wins or Results:
  • Be honest about your timeline and effort
  • Don't exaggerate or make misleading claims
  • Include context that helps others learn
When Asking Questions:
  • Be specific about your situation
  • Share what you've already tried

When Giving Feedback:

Enforcement
What Happens If You Violate These Guidelines:
First Offense: Warning from a moderator
Second Offense: Temporary suspension (24-72 hours)
Third Offense: Permanent ban from the community
Severe Violations: Immediate permanent ban (for serious violations like harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity)
No refunds will be provided for memberships terminated due to guideline violations.
Reporting Violations
If you witness a violation of these guidelines:
  1. Do not engage or escalate publicly
  2. Contact a moderator or admin privately
  3. Provide screenshots or details of the violation
  4. We will investigate and take appropriate action
All reports are kept confidential.
Moderator Decisions
Moderators have the authority to remove content that violates guidelines, issue warnings, suspend or ban members, and make judgment calls on gray areas.
Moderator decisions are final. If you disagree with a decision, you may appeal by contacting admin@eproductsempire.com, but enforcement will remain in place during review.
Changes to Guidelines
We may update these guidelines as the community evolves. We'll announce significant changes in the community. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
