Organization, Recruitment, and Delegation: God’s Way and My MVP
1. Organization: God Is a God of Order
God never operates in chaos. Everywhere we look in Scripture, we see structure, sequence, and alignment. Creation itself was organized: light, land, life: all in a planned order. God’s purpose flowed through order.
  • Mission: Organization keeps my mission clear so I don’t drift or dilute my calling.
  • Vision: It gives you a focused pathway so the vision can actually manifest, step by step.
  • Purpose: It frees me to operate at a higher level rather than getting stuck in clutter or confusion.
Application: Organization is not just tidying tasks; it's spiritual alignment. It’s you saying, “Lord, I’m making room for what You want me to do.”When I organize your calendar, my content, my programs, & my environment, I create space for clarity, creativity, and growth.
2. Recruitment: God Sends People to Help Us Build
Even Jesus didn’t complete His mission alone. He recruited disciples.Moses had Aaron and Hur. David had mighty men. Paul had Timothy. Recruitment is about inviting people into the work God gave us, not because we can’t do it, but because God designed His assignments to multiply through relationships.
Mission: Recruitment helps us expand the reach of our mission.
Vision: It fuels our vision with more hands, hearts, and gifts.
Purpose: It confirms that what we’re building is bigger than you, and it’s supposed to be.
Your application: Recruitment for me is attracting people who believe in the health, my coaching, my message, and my calling. It could be team members, clients, partners, or supporters who add strength to the mission. I am not “getting help”; I am building God’s team around my assignment.
3. Delegation: A Kingdom Principle
Delegation is not losing control; it’s empowering others. Look at Moses and Jethro. Jethro told him plainly: “You will wear yourself out.” God wasn’t impressed by Moses doing everything alone.
Delegation protects:
  • our health
  • our clarity
  • our leadership capacity
  • our ability to stay in our grace lane
:Mission: Delegation keeps us from burnout so we can keep showing up strong.
  • Vision: It allows the vision to grow beyond what we can personally touch.
  • Purpose: It clarifies what God uniquely gifted us to do and what others can handle.
:For me, delegation might mean:
  • Letting someone else handle editing, scheduling, graphics, social media pieces, or admin tasks
  • Giving clients responsibilities so they own their journey
  • Empowering others to take small leadership roles in my programs
Delegation is spiritual maturity. It says, “I trust God enough to let others carry part of the load.”
How These Three Strengthen Our/My Calling
When we combine organization + recruitment + delegation, we create a ministry and business that is sustainable, scalable, and Spirit-led.
Organization prepares the space. Recruitment brings the right people into the space. Delegation positions them to thrive in the space.
This is how we honor our MVP and move like a leader who knows God has called us to impact nations, not just individuals.
