My goals to finish the week are to organize my dining room ("war room") and organize my living room. A clean house helps with a clean mind and listen to podcasts to improve my personal growth and knowledge. For my physical goals I'll walk/hike along with 60 push-ups total for the day. For my mental well being to get my good note/positivity jar started. I'm going to be a positive, responsible, and reflective man. Solid talk as always.
