I spent the last two years building software nonstop. Sure I’ve been able to hit my first $10K a month providing AI ad services, but when it came to software, I never really got any traction.
This is because I was trying to work on too many things at one time.
Multiple different projects; for myself and clients alike.
My focus was spread so thin that all the time invested was minuscule in comparison to what I would’ve accomplished if I just stuck with one thing.
It’s so easy to start another project, but finishing one is where you actually start to make progress. Then continuing to improve that project is when the snowball effect happens.
This is a lesson I’ve had to learn the hard way.
And it’s a lesson I see a lot of very talented people learn the hard way.
