Hi, I’m Georgina! 🍎
I’ve spent over 20 years teaching in the French Immersion classroom, and I created this community to support educators through the real side of teaching 🍎 the parts you don’t always learn in school, but figure out day by day with real students in real classrooms.
This is a space for French Immersion teachers who want practical strategies, honest support, ready-to-use French materials, and a community that truly understands both the challenges and joys of teaching.
Inside this community, you’ll find:
✅ Real strategies for managing classroom behaviour in ways that actually work
✅ Practical ways to level and group students to meet their individual academic needs
✅ Simple systems and routines to help you stay organized without spending all your time prepping
✅ French teaching materials and resources for Grades 3 to 8
✅ Honest conversations about burnout, balance, and staying in the profession
✅ Advice and support from an experienced French Immersion teacher with 20+ years in the classroom
✅ A supportive, judgment-free space to ask questions, share wins, vent, and learn from other educators
Here are your next steps 👇
- Introduce yourself in the community: your name, where you teach, and what grade you’re currently teaching +share a pic of your workspace.
- Share your biggest teaching challenge right now — classroom management, planning, differentiation, French resources, burnout, routines, or something else.
- Download the free resources available inside the group.
- Ask questions, share wins, and support other educators. This community works best when we learn from each other.
- Stay active - new tips, resources, and conversations will be added regularly.
🌱 Whether you’re new to French Immersion or have been teaching for years, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
🤍 Welcome to a community built for real teachers, real classrooms, practical resources, and real support.
To your success,
Georgina
