Mindful Eating Practice
Hello everyone! We have our first mindful eating practice together later today. This is an excellent practice for everyone, but especially if you’re working on healing your relationship with food. It’s a beautiful, gentle way to explore different foods and begin to understand how your body feels with different foods, and how your experience of taste and enjoyment change when you really slow down and pay attention when you eat.
For the first class, we will use an orange or a tangerine. If you don’t have that at home, feel free to bring anything else you have handy.
The replay will be up later in the Mindful Eating classroom.
