It's insane to me how much you can learn from the internet. I found this Bodybuilding Seminar from 1981, by Mike Mentzer, on YouTube. I've just been binge-watching his content that he made 40 years ago. The amount of information at our fingertips is astonishing.
If you really know how to use a computer, you can change your life easily.
