Enjoy the view
Thanks for an interesting chat 'enjoy the view'. It will help me develop a daily and sustainable gratitude practice in an easy to remember way. Here's a photo I took recently of my special view that helps me access those beneficial pathways and help interrupt those negative down turns. I love the alternation of light and shadow in this photo.
