One of the biggest misconceptions I see after 27 years working with skin is this:
👉 Most people think acne is just about oily skin.
But in reality, acne is often connected to things like:
• A damaged skin barrier• Over-exfoliation• Hormonal changes• Incorrect skincare products• Internal triggers like stress or diet
This is why simply using “acne products” doesn’t always fix the problem.
