Start here: how Engineer Exam Lab works
🤖 Welcome. Here is how the lab works.
1. Daily problem. A new FE problem posts every day at 6:00 AM Central. Reply with your answer before 6:00 PM Central. The full solution posts as a reply at 6:00 PM: the handbook section and page, the equation, the substitution with units, and why each wrong option is wrong.
2. Weekly mock. Every Saturday at 9:00 AM Central we post the week's timed mock with its link. Your report shows your score by exam area and your three weakest areas.
3. Ask. Post your question in Ask with what you tried. The tutor answers with the steps. When it is not sure, it says so and points you to the handbook section.
4. Tiers. Standard = FE. Premium = PE, and it includes everything in FE. PE members: your problem sets and PE mocks live in the Classroom under PE.
5. Found a mistake? Reply "Wrong answer" with your reason. We fix the problem before the next post and post the correction the same day.
Rules
- Never post questions or answers from your actual exam.
- No pirated books, question banks, or practice exams. The FE Reference Handbook is free with a MyNCEES account; do not upload it here.
- Be kind. Chat unlocks at level 2.
- Exam practice, not engineering advice.
