Engagement is not a mood
People don’t “feel engaged.” They behave engaged.
When you design for behavior, the feeling follows.
When you design for the feeling, people get bored quickly.
I get it....to design for behavior is much more difficult then to design for feeling. It is not so satisfying in the shortterm. And yet...it is worth going it. This collective is here to support you on this way. Not to get trapped in what seems to be easy but to stay patient when it becomes difficult.
Let's do it together and let's make this the best year of your life as a Gamification designer. Tell us what needs to be happen so that we can make it happen.

This decade belongs to designers who understand drive, not rewards.
We deal with the transition from being a reward dealer to engagement designer.
