Breathwork Practices is a growing collection of guided breathing patterns designed to support different states of being. Inside, you’ll explore calming, grounding, regulating, and more expansive breathwork practices that influence the nervous system, energy, focus, and emotional state. Each practice is shared with safety, clarity, and integration in mind so you can meet your body where it is and respond intentionally.

Inside this module, you’ll be invited to submit one question or intention during the monthly submission window. From there, I’ll intuitively select a deck and pull a single card based on your energy.
