Many stevia products on store shelves aren't made from pure stevia leaf. They're often blended with fillers, sugar alcohols, dextrose, maltodextrin, or other additives that can change how your body responds.
The key isn't just asking, "Is it stevia?" It's asking:

โœ… How was it processed?
โœ… What other ingredients were added?
Reading the ingredient label is one of the best habits you can develop. The fewer unnecessary ingredients, the better.
Remember, no sweetener should become an excuse to consume unlimited amounts of sweet foods. Moderation, whole foods, and making informed choices will always be more important than clever marketing.
