8 oz egg noodles or whole wheat noodles
1 tbsp real butter
1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: parsley flakes for garnish

Boil noodles according to package directions and drain.
In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.
