Today's study begins with Jesus' baptism, showing that He started His ministry in obedience to His Heavenly Father and setting an example for all who choose to follow Him. Water symbolized cleansing, repentance, and a new beginning, while fire represents the Holy Spirit's power to purify and transform our lives.
After His baptism, Jesus was led into the wilderness where He fasted for forty days and faced Satan's temptations. Although Satan tried to distract Him from His mission, Jesus overcame every temptation by relying on the Word of God.
Revelation then lifts our eyes to God's heavenly throne, where all heaven recognises His authority. The four living creatures around the throne continually worship God, reminding us that all creation belongs to Him and that He alone is worthy of honour and praise.
The study reminds us that before God reveals the End Time, He first reveals His throne, His authority, and His plan of salvation through Jesus Christ.
As followers of Christ, we are called to begin our own journey with obedience, stand firm during temptation, and keep our eyes on the throne of God rather than the distractions of this world.
To understand the End Time, you must first understand the Beginning Time.
