Peri Menopause. She had had amazing fat loss, improved her sleep, posture and shoulder joint mobility and she has also gained her confidence back!
I’ve helped Saima (57) on the verge of getting knee replacements to be able to climb stairs, hop and go for long strong walks as well as lose fat during Menopause.
