Introduction

Hey, everyone! Just realized I didn't do my introduction here.

I'm Rachel. I am an energy healer with a focus on sound, crystals, and reiki. I most recently added certified trauma informed coach to certifications. I am studying somatics, nervous system regulation, meditation, breathwork, and yoga teacher training at the moment. I am also an artist, writer, and singer/musician.

I am working on growing an online following to start a community that focuses on nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, integration, and spiritual and purpose progress. I have run in person workshops and retreats and am looking to translate my work to a virtual space to reach more people in need.

I can help other who are newer and do similar work. I also love creating promotional and marketing materials.

Looking for people who have done what I do in person virtually. It's all new to me. Help with followers growth and ideas for how to present what I offer in a quick succinct way for promotion

I'm excited to go all in. I've started and stopped in the past, but feel like I have the ingredients, skills, and experience to start version 1.0 of my vision.
