I missed entire summers with my daugher 💔
I’m so grateful for the time I get to spend with my daughter when the sun is shining.
Three years ago, I was working six days a week, getting home after she was already asleep.
I missed entire summers.
Recently, I’ve had a few conversations with online fitness coaches about what it really takes to build success online.
And honestly — it comes down to a simple choice:
👉 Invest TIME
or
👉 Invest MONEY
Time means posting twice a day, trying to go viral, sending 100s of DMs — grinding, hustling, hoping.
Money means investing in ads to do the heavy lifting — building your audience, getting leads, filling your pipeline — without burning yourself out.
I tried the time-heavy approach. I didn't enjoy it.
Now, I’m much happier spending money on ads every month, knowing that leads are coming in — and more importantly, I’m still able to enjoy precious time with my family.
It’s your choice.
