I’m trying to build actual time off into my weekend instead of pretending I’m not working whilst working 🤣.
We’ve even forced a date night tonight, new steak restaurant (sorry vegans) AND the cinema. We haven’t managed one in months, so I’m fully counting it as self-care and connection with my partner who we forget isn’t just a colleague 🤣🫣.

What’s one tiny thing you can build into your weekend that feels good for you, not the kids, not the business, just you?
Doesn’t have to be big.
Could be a lie-in, a walk, a nap, ignoring everyone for 20 minutes, or doing absolutely nothing without apologising for it.
