Friday Reflection 8th May
We are still very much sitting in the residue of the Beltane Full Moon energies ✨
And if there is one thing this energy has been doing, it’s bringing awareness to the surface.
This month, I said things were going to feel powerful.
Emotional.
Transformational.
And honestly… I’ve listened.
I’ve reflected.
I’ve adapted.
I’ve changed.
And now I’m passing the baton over to you girls 🤍
Because this Inner Circle is not about me telling you what to do anymore.
This is about you beginning to recognise yourself.
Your energy.
Your emotions.
Your patterns.
Your truth.
There is something incredibly powerful that happens when you step into a safe space and allow yourself to be seen without judgement.
When you stop performing.
When you stop masking.
When you simply arrive as you are.
That is what tonight is about.
I would absolutely love for you to join me tonight as we open this Inner Circle space together for the very first time.
There is no expectation from me.
And there certainly should not be pressure or expectation from yourself either.
Just come as you are.
Tired. Emotional. Unsure. Open. Quiet. Overwhelmed. Curious.
However you arrive is enough.
Together we are going to begin creating a beautiful circle — one built on honesty, reflection, emotional safety, connection and growth.
And trust me, I know life is busy.
I know you all have responsibilities, families, work, emotions and a million moving pieces constantly pulling at you.
But tonight I’m inviting you to honour yourself enough to make space for you.
I’ll be travelling all day today up to Norwich where I’m spending the weekend on a business course, surrounded by nature, trees and flowing water — and honestly it just feels like the perfect energy to hold this first circle within.
A fresh space.
A fresh energy.
A fresh beginning. ✨
