- Interrupt: Physically stop what you are doing. (Yes, put the phone down and pull back from the keyboard).
- Anchor: Place one hand on your belly. Feel your feet on the floor.
- Recalibrate: Visualize your membrane. Explicitly reset your instruction: "I am not here to absorb. I am here to witness and move through."
- Breathe: Take one, slow, audible exhale.
