Today’s Practice
1. Sit quietly for 2 minutes and place your hand over your heart. Whisper: “I am not too much. I am exactly who I was designed to be.”
2. Notice one place in your life where you’ve been shrinking. A relationship, a conversation, a creative idea, a boundary you softened.
3. Reclaim one inch of your power. Not the whole mountain—just one inch. Say the thing. Hold the boundary. Tell the truth. Choose yourself.
